§ 15-1. Department established.

The Town of Hamburg does hereby establish and create the Department of Administration and Finance, the function of which shall be to assist the Supervisor in the preparation of the preliminary budget and the capital budget, if any, and in the administration of other fiscal operations of the town for which the Supervisor is responsible; to maintain town buildings and grounds; to maintain and improve town parks; to operate the town recreation program; and such other functions which may hereafter and lawfully be assigned by the Supervisor and Town Board.
