§ 100-4. Rabies vaccination required.

A.
Any person owning, possessing or harboring a dog four months of age or over in the Town of Hamburg shall be required to have the dog vaccinated to prevent the spread of rabies.

B.
Subsection A shall not apply to any dog whose life would be endangered by a rabies vaccination, provided that a written statement, certified by a duly licensed veterinarian, specifying such condition, is presented to the Town Clerk and filed with the Town Clerk's office.
