§ 188-21. Use permit: penalties for offenses.

A.
The driver of said motor vehicle entering said park without displaying a valid use permit shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50.

B.
Such violation for jurisdictional purposes only shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and for such purposes only all provisions of law relating to misdemeanors shall apply to such offense.
