§ 188-25. Boat permit: penalties for offenses.

A.
The driver of said motor vehicle entering said boat launch area without displaying a valid boat permit shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50.

B.
Such violations for jurisdictional purposes only shall be deemed a misdemeanor and for such purposes only all provisions of law relating to misdemeanors shall apply to such offense.
